Monitoring of house keeping
Analysis of variance in costing figures and there remedies.

Coal consumption and water Distribution report
Actual and approval budget for the month
MIS report
Meeting with dept Executive-Workmen & Utility Dept related other dept persons
Safety, Energy& TQM etc. Meeting
And any other task given by the management at any time
