Key Responsibilities
- **Vehicle Operation**:Safely drive the delivery vehicle, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- **Navigation**:Use GPS and other routing systems to follow assigned routes efficiently and adhere to delivery schedules.
- **Loading/Unloading**:Pack and load products onto the vehicle and then unload them at customer locations.
- **Order Verification**:Review orders before and after delivery to ensure they are complete and accurate.
- **Customer Service**:Interact with customers to confirm deliveries, answer questions, handle complaints, and obtain signatures.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate delivery logs and prepare any necessary reports or documents.
- **Payment Collection**:Accept payments from customers for delivered products.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**:Perform daily inspections of the vehicle and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- **Communication**:Maintain ongoing communication with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues.
