**Profile Introduction**:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Back Office Administrator. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the back office. Your attention to detail, proficiency in administrative tasks, and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Manage and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules and appointments.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office common areas.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
