What you will do:

- Listen carefully, retain nuanced information, and understand the pain points of prospective customers.
- Work with an amazing team to craft an account strategy, develop a solution blueprint, and deliver value-based solution presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate extensively with a broad ecosystem within Blue Yonder, which includes all levels of the Sales organization, Professional Services, Transformation Advisory, Business Development, and Product Management, as well as Blue Yonder's Partner ecosystem.
- Communicate Blue Yonder’s solution and value through presentations, demonstrations, proofs of concepts and pilots, and ongoing consultation.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and consensus among cross-functional customer stakeholders including Supply Chain, Operations, and IT, across multiple levels of the customer organization.
- Be a Trusted Advisor to clients, offering our clients extensive industry knowledge, identifying the workflows Blue Yonder can augment, and supporting clients' strategic objectives.
- Seek to genuinely understand customer processes and challenges in detail; envision and communicate what a future state will look like with Blue Yonder solutions; map and translate Blue Yonder solution offerings to customer needs.
- Configure and deliver detailed and impactful solution demonstrations clearly aligned to customers' needs and the Blue Yonder value proposition.
- Develop and maintain deep solution-specific knowledge along with business context and industry directions and trends aligned to solution capabilities.
- Influence our solution direction by bringing field insights to the product team.

To Succeed in the role, you will need:

- 5+ years of supply chain industry experience in consulting services (e.g. solution architect), and/or pre-sales experience in warehouse management, warehouse process design / optimization, or related field.
- High-energy self-starter who demonstrates creativity and who thrives in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills, comfortable building presentations and presenting to varying sized audiences.
- Technical proficiency with configuration experience utilizing SaaS deployment; Pre-Sales experience with SaaS solutions preferred.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset and keen problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to demonstrate software and highlight the value it brings to customers.
- Team oriented with collaborative attitude and approach.
- Ability to convey industry trends, provide a point of view and support messaging with data and stories.
- Willingness to travel - 50%
