**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Contact potential clients or existing customers to promote products or services.
- Conduct surveys or market research over the phone.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- **Inbound Calls**:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist with order processing, cancellations, or returns.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Promote special offers or deals to customers to encourage sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, sales, or customer satisfaction.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, or feedback.
- Update the CRM system with customer information and call outcomes.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional services to enhance customer experience.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Follow up on unresolved issues or complaints until they are satisfactorily resolved.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure that all calls adhere to company policies and legal regulations.
- Follow scripts and guidelines as provided by the company.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales or customer service targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software or the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred but not required).
- A friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,160.46 per month
