**Job Title: Marketing Executive - Interior Design Firm**

**Location**: GARIA, KOLKATA

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: MINIMUM - 1 year
**Reports To**:Manager / Director

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, digital platforms and referrals.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads for the design team.
- Work closely with marketing agencies and digital teams to optimize campaigns aimed at lead generation.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as required.
- Serve as a key point of contact between clients and the design team during the initial stages.
- **Marketing Strategy & Execution**:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and proposals.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain CRM records and update weekly/monthly reports on lead progress and client interactions.
- Provide regular feedback to management on marketing activities and market trends.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred)
- 1-3 years of marketing or business development experience (experience in the interior design/architecture industry is a plus).
