**Job Title: Accounts Assistant**
**Reports to: Accounts Manager**
**Location: Vile Parle**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Perform daily accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Provide support to the Accounts Manager and other team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry / Other Industry
- Proficient in accounting software, such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
