**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly creative, user-obsessed, and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for translating user needs and business goals into compelling, delightful digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to shape the visual and interactive aspects of our digital presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**User Research & Analysis**
- Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to understand user behavior, pain points, and preferences.
- Analyze research data to develop personas, user journeys, and experience maps.
- Continuously monitor user feedback, analytics, and market trends to iterate on existing designs.

**Wireframing & Prototyping**
- Create intuitive wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate on low
- and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

**UI Design & Visual Aesthetics**
- Design pixel-perfect UI elements, layouts, and components aligned with brand identity and design systems.
- Develop responsive and accessible designs for web, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements across all products.

**Collaboration & Execution**
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Communicate design specifications and guidelines clearly to developers.
- Participate in sprint planning, agile stand-ups, and product brainstorming sessions.

**Design System & Branding**
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library for Volmint's products.
- Contribute to defining brand design standards across web and marketing platforms.

**Usability Testing & QA**
- Conduct A/B testing, usability testing, and post-launch assessments to optimize UI/UX.
- Identify UI bugs or deviations and work with the QA and development teams for resolution.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or related fields.
- **2-5 years** of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision**, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of **HTML, CSS**, and responsive design principles (basic knowledge for collaboration).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX and UI work.
- Experience with **design systems**, atomic design, and component-driven design.
- Understanding of **accessibility guidelines** (WCAG), mobile-first design, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)**:

- Experience in SaaS-based platforms, especially in **EdTech or ERP domains**.
- Graduate or having Experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or micro-interactions.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular, React) is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools like Zeplin, Jira, Trello, or Notion for task and collaboration.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
