**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and reporting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable team player with a passion for talent acquisition and HR operations
