- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and cultural appreciation through literature and language studies.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

- Provide feedback and guidance to students to support their learning journey.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Hindi, Literature, or a related field. B.Ed. preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- **Skills**: Strong communication skills, interactive teaching methods, and classroom management.
- **Preferred**: Experience with CBSE/ICSE/IB curriculum is an advantage.
