**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain Databricks environments to support data engineering and analytics activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and optimize Databricks clusters accordingly.
- Monitor Databricks performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure system reliability.
- Implement security measures to safeguard Databricks environments and data.
- Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to streamline data workflows.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Databricks usage and best practices.
- Stay current with Databricks updates and industry trends to recommend improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Databricks Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Apache Spark and Databricks architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, such as Python or Scala.
- Familiarity with data engineering and analytics concepts.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
