**Territory Manager should be able to manages sales within his defined regional territory. The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales revenue through generating orders through clinical/operating room selling of the Acute care & Monitoring products & representing the organisation in accordance with its policies.

**A Day in the Life
**- Achievement of volume objectives along with achievement of key product objectives for both primary and secondary numbers.
- Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation in the area.
- Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data.
- Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.
- Ensure effective adequate territorial coverage as per divisional standards of costumers
- Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs while keeping Medtronic policies in mind.

Ensure effective distribution by proper dealer management, operations, strategies & inputs. Also ensure that channel compliance towards Medtronic policies are completely adhered. Ensure that DSO, POC etc are maintained as per guidelines.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
**- Bachelor in / Engineering / Science
- Minimum 3-6 yrs sales experience in Concept Selling/ Medical Devices Selling is Mandatory
- Experience of Distribution Management
- Willing to travel extensively.

**Nice to Have
**Strong Interpersonal skills, with focused People/Customer/Result orientation.
- Strong grasp on the market a and understanding around the complexities, competition, customer preferences etc
- Ability to prioritize and execute as per the needs of the business and the current set of challenges
- Strong analytical skills (to understand local markets and customer needs) in order to develop region specific plans, strategies and tactics.
- Ability to quickly revector and improvise the business model if the current model is not yielding desired results
