**About the Company**

Capri has 45+ years of rich experience in manufacturing of voltage stabilizers. We have 4 manufacturing units & 10 branch offices along with service centers across the country. We are OEMs to multinational companies from the past 30 years and are the best quality manufacturers of voltage stabilizers. Our quality is by far the most superior than any other brand available in the market. We manufacture more than 60 models of voltage stabilizers for air conditioners, TV, refrigerator, deep freezer, DJ Systems, mainline loads, etc.

**Job Summary**

As an After Sales Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our Service Providers and Technicians, fulfilling their requirements and resolving their inquiries and complaints. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by effectively solving their issues and concerns. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and queries.
- Managing and appointing 3rd party service providers and ensure all the documents are updated.
- Collecting reports and bills from the service providers
- Dispatching materials to branch office or service providers to maintain good quality service.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
