A N D Groups is looking for a talented and creative Cameraman/Editor to join our dynamic team. The role involves shooting and editing video content for our successful YouTube channel, ensuring high-quality visuals and engaging edits to attract and retain viewers. You will work closely with our creative team to create videos that align with our vision and resonate with our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate video cameras, DSLRs, and other professional filming equipment to capture engaging content.
- Set up lighting, sound, and other technical aspects for shoots.
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Ensure all videos are edited to meet the style, tone, and brand guidelines of our YouTube channel.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop new ideas and improve video quality.
- Incorporate music, dialogue, graphics, and effects into videos to enhance viewer engagement.
- Manage video storage, backups, and archives.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in video content, editing techniques, and YouTube platform changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a cameraman/editor, ideally in digital media or content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera settings, and sound recording techniques.
- Experience in creating and editing content specifically for YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Creativity and attention to detail in producing visually engaging and high-quality content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of YouTube algorithms and video SEO is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,545.89 - ₹25,000.00 per month
