**Job Title**: International Voice Process Executive (Night Shift - US Clients)
**Location**: Vadapalani, Chennai
**Shift Time**: 9PM - 6PM

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US-based clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Stay updated with product and service information to provide accurate support.
- Be flexible with night shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility with night shifts.
- Emotional intelligence and patience.

**Salary**:

- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
