**Conducting 6 hours of service delivery on field**

Conducting Beneficiary Registration on OP form & update the details into Application through Android Tablet.

**Collecting Beneficiary vitals (Temperature, BP & Pulse rate etc.) and captures details in OP form and Application through Android Tablet.**

**Counselling and educating beneficiaries on health and Hygiene**

Assisting the Doctor in Antenatal Checkups, basic dressing of the wounds and in conducting Awareness sessions on health days

**Collecting accurate health records of Beneficiaries in Application & Hard Copy Registers**

Ensuring the availability of Consumables and working condition of the medical equipment’s

**Maintaining Manual Records (OP form, Lab Consumables Registers, Stock Statement etc.) and providing when required**

Attending all the meeting organized by the Operations and Clinical team

**Adhere to Bio Medical Waste management procedure**

**Experience required**
- B.Sc. (Nursing)/ANM/GNM and 1+ years of experience

Pay: ₹8,745.14 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
