Responsibilities
- Develop SOPs, recipes and specifications for breaded products.
- Train the QCs and production staff on breading process and checkpoints.
- Day to day monitoring of breading line QC data.
- Inspection and clearance of raw materials, and packaging materials.

Requirement
- CADEMIC QUALIFICATION : B.Tech/M.Sc in Food Technology/Food Science
- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : 2-4 years
- ADDITIONAL SKILLS : Knowledge & experience in processed foods.

**Salary**: ₹15,547.70 - ₹20,049.40 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi - 682006, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
