You'll be interacting with domain experts, product owners, customer success teams, other software engineers, and UI/UX teams. You'll join a close-knit team of top talent to define the next generation of our cloud-based product, used globally by many users. As a result, we are seeking the best testing experts who are able to write the test cases and perform manual testing with a user-oriented perspective. In this role, you will uphold the highest standards for our customers' user experience, as flawless bug-free product version releases are non-negotiables at CloudLIMS.

- When creating test cases, you’ll take end-to-end test scenarios and break them into discrete test cases.
- You’ll continuously be extending your learning by ramping up on new products to the level where you can write razor-sharp test cases that focus on the essence of the functionality that is being tested.

**What will you be doing?**
- Understand the requirements and write cases according to that
- Maintain test cases documents
- Prepare test data by using Excel/CSV/Text formats
- Identify, confirm, report, and manage defects through resolution
- Provide input to testing estimate and maintain a testing schedule
- Develop functional testing scenarios as well as detailed functional test cases
- Develop effective strategies and test plans
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications
- Follow the testing process as per the agile methodologies
- Analyze test results and reported issues to make recommendations for improving product quality
- Execute test cases, coordinate and execute tests, log and validate defects, debug and document
- Assist test leads/ managers to define and refine functional testing approaches, tools, and documentation to maintain high standards in overall product quality
- Write, maintain and execute regression and sanity automation test suite - per build/on-demand
- Design data-driven tests and fetch the data from API calls / Database
- Respond to developers' questions regarding test results, bugs, and defects
- Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand the business requirements

**Required**
- Educational Preference: Graduate or PG (in any stream, preferably Engineering)
- Percentage: 60% or Higher (Throughout: 10th / 12th / Graduation / PG)
- Experience in any of the bug-tracking tools, like Jira
- Experience in manual testing and system analysis
- Ability to write test cases, and test reports
- Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
- Good understanding of Defect Reporting, Sanity, Regression, Integration & System Testing
- Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
