Basic Knowledge in Product Sequence of Operation & Understanding of Work standard.

® Basic Understanding in General Work instruction for each operations.

® Machine Daily Maintenance check list to be Update.If any problem inform to Shift Supervisor.

® Tools and fixtures are to be maintain appropriate location.

® Identification Tag used for each and every process.

® Tool life Monitoring chart and Tool History card to be Update.

® Daily production to be Update in Production Log Book and Balancing Log Book with Hourly production Monitoring and enter reason for production Losses.

® Shift Rejection to be Hand over to Quality Inspector at the end of Shift Every Day with proper Identification.

® Machine Cleaning to be Done Every Day beforeproduction Start and shift end and maintain 5S for workplaces.

® Check the Coolant level and fill up if required.

® Checkthe Gauges & Instruments to be used for Running Parts.

® Give proper communication to next shift Operator to continue smooth production.

® Check-work Standard to Be Displayed on Each Machine for Running Parts..
