**What You'll Do**

As a combined **Graphic Designer & Video Editor**, you’ll:
Design high-CTR Instagram posts, Banners, carousels & memes
Edit high-performing reels, ad creatives, testimonials, and UGC videos
Turn creative briefs and brand strategies into scroll-stopping content
Work with our performance marketing and content team to execute campaigns
Repurpose long-form videos into snackable social content
Bring creativity, speed, and strong storytelling to every project
Stay on top of trends across design, motion graphics, and editing styles

**Requirements**:
**Design Skills**:

- Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW
- Ability to create branding assets, ad creatives, carousels, memes, thumbnails
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and color theory

**Editing Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or similar tools)
- Ability to edit reels, product videos, UGCs, performance ads with sharp pacing
- Knowledge of transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and social-first formats

**Experience**:

- 3+ years in graphic design and video editing (agency/D2C brand preferred)
- Portfolio that shows range: reels, ads, carousels, static + motion
- Understanding of direct-response marketing and social content trends

**Bonus if you have**:

- Experience with D2C fashion or healthcare brands
- Animation/motion graphics skills
- Creative direction or team leadership exposure

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
