Role:
Verification Executive with a background verification company in Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Ascertain verification process as per client guidelines
- Position involves processing background screening requests on our automated system and verifying... Employment Verification, Education Verification and References.
- Conduct research to check Institution and Company authenticity
- Coordination with other operations department for closures.
- Should have good communication skills.

Experience: Fresher or Minimum 6 months in any field

Skills, Knowledge and Characteristics:

- Strong effective communicator in writing, speech as well in interpersonal communication.
- Good developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
- Keen willingness to learn.
- Experience and willingness to work in a flexible, employee empowering work environment.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment - Word and Excel along
- with typing speed of 45 wpm.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Skills in database management and record keeping.
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of the work

**Job Type**: HR back-end Support, Full-time and day process.

Required Education: Bachelor's in any field.
