**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update databases, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all data related to sales, production, inventory, and financials.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, production efficiency, and inventory levels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- **Analysis and Insights**:

- Analyze business data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in the operations of the jewelry business.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making for sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance and forecast future trends.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and report on inventory levels, stock movements, and raw materials used in jewelry production.
- Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely stock replenishment.
- **Sales and Performance Tracking**:

- Track sales data, including orders, customer preferences, and returns.
- Assist in developing reports to track sales performance by product category, region, or other defined segments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of sales data.
- **Support System Implementation and Maintenance**:

- Support the implementation and maintenance of MIS systems and software used across departments.
- Coordinate with IT teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system functionality.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the finance, marketing, production, and procurement teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve any operational issues.
- Assist in creating strategies for enhancing data collection, reporting, and overall process efficiency.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure that all data management activities comply with industry standards and company policies, especially in regard to data privacy and security.
- Safeguard confidential information related to product designs, sales strategies, and financials

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
