**Basic Function**:

- Responsible for overall operations of production extruder line/s.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining daily production data statistics.
- Continuously improve the performance on safety, quality and productivity.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment guidelines during daily operations to achieve Goal Zero target
- Manage day-to-day extruder line operations as per the process order including raw material verification, extruder line start up, product grade changeover, line stringing, operating extruder control panel, control loss & weight feeder operations, supervise pelletizing / sieving and packaging finished products etc.
- Supervise the manpower plotted on the production line to ensure safety, productivity, quality and reliability.
- Ensure adequacy of the manpower at production line, record the shift attendance and leave of the employees.
- Collaborate internally with Raw Material, Quality and Maintenance sections to ensure smooth line operations.
- Follow the procedures, guidelines and systems as defined in line with IATF 16949, Operational Excellence and EMS 140001 standards.

**Min. Qualifications and Experience**:

- B.E./B.Tech in Plastic Engineering or Polymers, Or Post Graduate Diploma in Plastic Processing and Testing from CIPET.
- Around one year of working experience in compounding industry is preferable.
