**Job Title: Crew Member - Bunzo Foods & Beverages (Food Outlet ) (Fresher)**

**Salary**: 10,000 to 15,000 / Per month
**Location**: Plot no.232,first floor Bharat Vihar,Old Palam Road,Near Kisan Mega Mart, New Delhi -110078

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

**Job Summary**:
Bunzo is looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our food outlet team. As a Crew Member, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting day-to-day operations. This is an entry-level role with training provided, offering great growth opportunities within the Bunzo brand.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist with ordering
- Handle dine-in, takeaway, and online orders efficiently
- Ensure high-quality customer service at all times

**2. Food Preparation & Service**:

- Assist in the preparation and assembly of food items (burgers, fries, drinks, etc.)
- Follow Bunzo’s recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards during preparation

**3. Cleanliness & Hygiene**:

- Keep kitchen, dining, and counter areas clean and organized
- Wash utensils, cooking equipment, and maintain sanitization protocols
- Follow regular cleaning schedules and checklists

**4. Cash & POS Handling**:

- Use POS systems to take orders and process payments (training provided)
- Ensure correct billing and handle cash responsibly

**5. Inventory & Stock Support**:

- Assist in receiving and organizing inventory
- Report low stock levels or expired items to the supervisor

**6. Team Coordination**:

- Cooperate with team members and follow supervisor instructions
- Help in opening/closing duties as assigned

**Required Skills & Qualities**:

- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic communication skills (local language and/or English)
- Strong sense of cleanliness and responsibility
- Team player and adaptable to fast-paced environment

**Eligibility**:

- 10th pass / 12th pass or equivalent
- No prior experience required - full training will be provided
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
