Job Title: PLC Programmer

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
PLC Programming:
Develop and implement PLC programs using Rockwell Automation and Siemens platforms.

Troubleshoot and debug PLC code to ensure optimal system performance.

Modify and upgrade existing PLC programs as needed.

System Integration:
Integrate PLC systems with other control components such as Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), sensors, and actuators.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with overall control systems.

System Design:
Design and document control system architecture and specifications.

Develop and maintain electrical schematics, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.

Testing and Commissioning:
Conduct thorough testing of PLC programs to validate system functionality.

Participate in system commissioning and startup activities.

Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all PLC programs and control systems.

Develop and update operation and maintenance manuals.

Training and Support:
Provide training and support to operations and maintenance teams on PLC systems.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving PLC-related issues.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

years of experience in PLC programming, with a focus on Rockwell Automation and Siemens systems.

Skills and Knowledge:
Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text.

In-depth knowledge of Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens PLC systems.

Experience with HMI development and configuration.

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
PLC certifications or training from recognized institutions.

Experience with other PLC platforms and automation systems.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

Working Conditions:
