**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **Junior Graphic Designer** who can think visually, move fast, and learn faster.

This role is ideal for designers who want to grow in the intersection of **brand design, storytelling, and motion**.

You’ll assist the senior creative and strategy team in crafting visual systems for new brands, digital campaigns, and creative assets across social media, decks, and product communications.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the creation of brand identities, campaign graphics, and pitch decks.
- Design static and animated content for digital channels.
- Edit and repurpose short-form videos for social media and marketing assets (basic video editing required).
- Ensure consistency of design language across all deliverables.
- Contribute ideas to creative brainstorming and concept development.
- Manage files, exports, and delivery timelines efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 0.5 - 2 years of experience in graphic or digital design (internships included).
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign**; knowledge of **Premiere Pro or After Effects** is a plus.
- Understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, curious, and self-driven — comfortable working remotely.

**Nice-to-Have**
- Experience in basic animation or motion design.
- Familiarity with tools like **Figma** or **Canva** for layout iterations.
- Awareness of creative trends in AI, fashion, Web3, or lifestyle branding.
