The Help Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing accurate information, assistance, and guidance in **English and Hindi**. This role focuses on **administrative and visitor support**, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and staff in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per security protocols.
- Respond to inquiries regarding services, directions, and general information.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor requirements or meeting arrangements.
- Manage help desk records and ensure timely follow-up on pending requests.
- Ensure the reception/help desk area is organized and presentable at all times.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- **Fluency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)** is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
