**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality videos and photographs for various projects and campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos to create visually appealing and engaging content.
- Use a variety of equipment, such as cameras, lenses, and lighting, to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Maintain and organize an efficient workflow for video and photo assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance the quality of visual content.
- Edit and retouch photos as needed, ensuring a consistent and polished look.
- Manage and maintain all equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for use.
- Optional: Provide creative input for visual concepts and ideas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer/Photographer or similar role.
- Proficient in video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Photoshop).
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of camera equipment, lighting, and composition.
- Creative mindset with the ability to bring innovative ideas to visual projects.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Optional: Proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi languages.
- A portfolio showcasing previous videography and photography work.
- Willingness to work in-house in Moga, Punjab, on a full-time basis.
