- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest hiring trends and talent pool availability.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter (agency, in-house, or freelance) with a successful track record of placements.
- Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, ATS, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with various industries and job roles.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
