Healthcare Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and other medical personnel.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop a deep understanding of their requirements and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter, preferably within the US staffing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the US healthcare industry, including understanding of different healthcare roles and specialties.
- Familiarity with US healthcare regulations, licensing, and credentialing requirements.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
