Skills and Competencies:
- Deep understanding of modern microservices architectures, RESTful API design, and event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).- Strong proficiency in best practices for software development, including test-driven development (TDD), behavior-driven development (BDD), continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD), and SOLID principles.- Experienced with relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, Spring Data).-
- Comprehensive knowledge of secure coding practices and principles related to authentication, authorization, and data encryption.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.- Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Proven effectiveness in agile and collaborative team environments, adapting well to evolving project priorities.- Exposure to Big Data and AI/ML technologies

- Play a solution owner role for building solutions on the platform, own RFPs and proposals.- Works directly with our customers with a full maturity path that evolves as they increase speed, quality and autonomy.- Management and leadership of.Net practice including: Strategizing talent discovery, talent retention, reskilling / Upskilling the capacity, training/certification.- Ensuring designs, approaches and standards are extensible across multiple projects.

Relevant experience? Minimum qualifications:
- 14+ Years of relevant experience in designing and developing scalable, secure, and distributed enterprise Java solutions.-
- Experience in containerization technology such as Docker, AKS is a must.- Extensive experience in solutioning of Enterprise Applications- Extensive experience in modern cloud architectures using Azure cloud platform.- Proven experience migrating legacy monolithic systems into modern microservices-based architectures.- Solid expertise with containerization (Docker) and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).-
- Familiarity with proprietary language transpilers or code interpreters and the processes for translating such code to Java is advantageous.-
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, robust Java-based microservices adhering to best practices and standards.- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and quality assurance teams to ensure the new services meet business requirements and technical standards.- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and performance tests to guarantee reliability and scalability of the services.- Participate actively in agile development processes including sprint planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.- Troubleshoot and optimize performance bottlenecks and complex technical issues proactively.- Must have experience in leading a larger team. Ability to hire, lead, mentor and handle a large team of engineers, Architects.- Need to work closely with client or clients w.r.t technology solutions, best practices, timelines, and execution.- Solution Planning and estimations/planning experience.- Must have exposure to work on proposals, RFP/RFI’s.
