**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role as an Air Conditioning Technician Supervisor at SONY ENTERPRISES APPLICARE in Chandigarh. As a Supervisor Air Conditioning Technician, you will be responsible for managing technicians and helpers team, installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions, perform routine maintenance tasks, and ensure that systems are functioning efficiently to provide optimal comfort.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Technician Supervisor or similar role
- Team Leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good understanding of electrical systems and components
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Effective communication and customer service skills

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
