**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and administer **Microsoft Teams** environments, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Work with the **Microsoft Teams Admin Portal** to configure policies, manage user permissions, and monitor system performance.
- Deploy and maintain **Teams Room Systems**, ensuring seamless meeting and collaboration experiences.
- Configure and manage **Session Border Controllers (SBC)** to support Microsoft Teams **Direct Routing**.
- Develop and execute **PowerShell scripts** for automation, monitoring, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with **telecommunication carriers** to ensure integration and support for telephony systems.
- Implement and manage **Microsoft Teams Direct Routing** for voice communication solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Teams environments, SBCs, and telephony systems.

**Required Skills**:

- Proven experience with **Azure Active Directory** administration.
- Hands-on experience with the **Microsoft Teams Admin Portal** and configuration.
- Expertise in **Teams Room Systems** setup and management.
- Solid understanding of **Session Border Controllers (SBC)** and their role in telecommunication systems.
- Proficiency in **PowerShell scripting** for automation and system management.
- Experience working with **telecommunication carriers** for system integration and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Teams Direct Routing**, including configuration and maintenance.

**Good-to-Have Skills**
- Advanced knowledge of Azure services beyond Active Directory.
- Familiarity with additional telecommunication tools or platforms.
- Experience in optimizing Teams environments for enterprise-level organizations.
- Certifications related to Microsoft Teams or Azure technologies.

**Soft Skills**
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
