Supervisor (Petrol Bunk)

**ey Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee Station Operations**: Supervise daily operations, manage fuel dispensing, and ensure safety standards.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to customers, handle complaints, and promote products.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise and guide station staff, manage shift schedules, and ensure staff performance.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor fuel and non-fuel stock levels and coordinate restocking.
- **Ensure Safety**: Enforce safety protocols, conduct checks, and train staff on safety measures.
- **Financial Monitoring**: Track sales, handle cash, and prepare daily sales reports.
- **Station Maintenance**: Ensure cleanliness of the station and manage minor maintenance tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail or supervisory roles preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

**Work Environment**:

- 24/7 operations, requiring shift work, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
