1. Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis
- **Identifying Problems**: Use diagnostic tools and visual inspections to determine mechanical or electronic issues.
- **Troubleshooting**: Analyze symptoms reported by the customer and correlate them with potential malfunctions.

2. Routine Maintenance
- **Service Tasks**: Perform scheduled services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and fluid replacements.
- **Preventative Maintenance**: Recommend routine maintenance to prevent future problems and extend the vehicle’s lifespan.

3. Repairs and Replacements
- **Fixing Mechanical Issues**: Repair or replace parts like engines, transmissions, brakes, and exhaust systems.
- **Wiring and Electronics**: Address issues in modern vehicles that include advanced computer and sensor systems.
- **Customization and Upgrades**: Install new parts or accessories based on customer needs or manufacturer updates.

4. Quality Control and Testing
- **Test Driving**: Ensure repairs are effective by test driving vehicles and verifying that issues are resolved.
- **Safety Checks**: Conduct final inspections to confirm that all systems function safely and correctly.

5. Documentation and Communication
- **Record Keeping**: Document services performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future work.
- **Customer Interaction**: Explain issues and repair processes in clear terms, often discussing options with customers.

6. Maintaining a Safe and Organized Work Environment
- **Workplace Safety**: Follow industry safety standards and regulations, ensuring both personal and workplace safety.
- **Tool and Equipment Maintenance**: Regularly check and maintain diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
