**Position Overview**:
As a Trainer at Gravity Bath Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across various departments within our manufacturing operations and corporate office. Your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and evaluate both on-the-job and off-the-job training programs that align with company goals, industry standards, and employee development needs. The role is critical in boosting productivity, improving safety and quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Program Design**:
- Develop training materials, curriculum, and resources tailored to the unique needs of different employee roles and levels within the manufacturing environment and corporate office.
- Create engaging and interactive training sessions, utilizing multimedia, hands-on activities, and real-world examples that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Ensure that both **on-the-job training (OJT)** and **off-the-job training** are included in the program to offer employees a well-rounded skill development experience.
- **Training Delivery**:
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions using a combination of **on-the-job training** (such as coaching, mentoring, and shadowing) and **off-the-job training** (such as classroom sessions, workshops, and e-learning platforms).
- Ensure the **on-the-job training** provides hands-on experience and practical knowledge, while **off-the-job training** focuses on theoretical knowledge, advanced skills, and professional development.
- Effectively present complex technical concepts and operational procedures in an easily understandable and engaging manner.
- Adapt training approaches based on employee feedback and learning preferences to ensure high engagement and retention.
- **Skills Enhancement**:
- Identify skills gaps and areas for improvement within the manufacturing team and corporate staff.
- Develop and deliver targeted training modules that enhance technical, operational, and soft skills through both **on-the-job** and **off-the-job** training techniques.
- Organize refresher courses to ensure employees stay current with evolving technologies, tools, and best practices.
- **Safety and Compliance Training**:
- Develop and deliver safety training programs that align with industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols in the manufacturing environment.
- Promote a culture of safety awareness, ensuring employees understand and adhere to workplace safety guidelines, equipment handling, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor compliance to safety standards and report any issues to senior management.
- **Performance Evaluation**:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant evaluations, quizzes, practical assessments, and post-training feedback.
- Monitor employee progress during **on-the-job training** by observing their performance in real-time and offering immediate feedback for improvement.
- Analyze the impact of both **on-the-job** and **off-the-job** training on employee performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance content, delivery methods, and overall program effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to HR and management regarding training outcomes and areas requiring improvement.
- **Continuous Improvement**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in manufacturing processes and training methodologies.
- Continuously review and refine training materials to ensure they remain relevant and effective, incorporating feedback from employees and stakeholders.
- Innovate training methods and introduce new tools or techniques to enhance learning experiences and employee development, combining **on-the-job** and **off-the-job** training strategies.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and progress reports for each employee.
- Document both **on-the-job** and **off-the-job** training activities, providing comprehensive reports that demonstrate the impact of training on employee performance, safety compliance, and overall company goals.
- Ensure proper documentation of training certifications, employee achievements, and ongoing development.
**Qualifications**:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Training and Development, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Education) or equivalent work experience (2-3 years in a similar role).
- Previous experience in training and development, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, with exposure to corporate office settings.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
