Job Title: Store Incharge / Raw Material Stock Keeper

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the raw material inventory of the company, including paper, ink, and other related materials
- Ensure that the store is properly maintained and all raw materials are stored safely and securely
- Monitor inventory levels and anticipate raw material needs based on production schedules and sales projections
- Maintain accurate records of all raw material transactions in Excel, including receipts, issuances, and returns
- Identify slow-moving and dead inventory and work with the production team to minimize waste and reduce costs
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
- Train and manage store assistants to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization and safety in the store
- Monitor the expiry date of raw materials and ensure timely use or disposal to avoid wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a store or inventory management role in the paper industry
- Good knowledge of paper types, GSMs, quality, and grades
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for record keeping and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to implement inventory management strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover ratio.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
