**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation and enforcement of safety policies, procedures, and regulations on construction sites.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Carry on accident/incident investigations, preparing reports, and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate and conduct safety training sessions for site personnel, including toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher courses.
- Maintain and update safety documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safety plans.
- Ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly and regularly monitor its availability and condition.
- Collaborate with site management to promote a safe work environment and suggest improvements.
- Stay informed on local, state, and national safety regulations to ensure compliance.
- Participate in safety meetings and support the preparation of reports and presentations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5-7 years of experience in safety-related roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- **Knowledge of Safety Standards**: Familiarity with national safety regulations and construction safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey safety instructions clearly.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify potential safety hazards and recommend solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certifications**: Relevant safety certifications such as ADIS, NEBOSH, OSHA 30-Hour, or Construction Safety Certification Scheme (CSCS).
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in safety software for tracking incidents and managing safety documentation.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to group objectives.

Pay: ₹68,000.00 - ₹73,000.00 per month
