**Location**: Noida, Sector-58

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Experience**: 1-3 years (Experience in retail sales preferred)

**Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Store Sales Executive** to join our showroom in **Noida, Sector-58**. If you have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric attitude, we would love to have you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products to maximize sales.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to drive conversions.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
- Process customer transactions, handle billing, and manage payment methods efficiently.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment.
- Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and build relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree** in any field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in **retail sales fashion Industry,** **background retail fashion.**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in **English and Hindi**.
- Presentable, well-groomed, and confident in interacting with customers.
- Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and customer behavior.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
