**Job Brief**:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive with proven experience in **brand promotion** and **brand management**. You’ll develop and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate our brand, deepen market presence, and drive customer loyalty.

**Core Responsibilities**
- **Brand Strategy & Positioning**:

- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights to guide marketing plans job-boards.
- Shape and articulate the brand's vision and mission across all channels resources.
- **Campaign & Promotion Management**:

- Conceive and manage end‑to‑end multi-channel promotional campaigns (digital, social, print, events)
- Collaborate with design, content, and external agencies to create compelling material
- Oversee brand communications, ensuring consistency in voice, visuals, and messaging
- **Market Research & Insight**:

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and brand threats
- Use survey and consumer data to assess brand awareness and campaign effectiveness
- **Performance Measurement & Reporting**:

- Define and track KPIs, ROI metrics, and campaign performance; deliver regular insights.
- Optimize future campaigns based on analysis of performance data
- **Budgeting & Vendor Management**:

- Assist in preparing and managing marketing budgets; allocate spend for promotions and brand campaigns
- Liaise with and manage external partners, vendors, and agencies job-boards.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to align brand messaging and market outreach
- Take part in brand planning and go-to-market strategy sessions job-boards.
- **Brand Governance**:

- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Serve as a brand champion internally, safeguarding brand equity and integrity

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
