**Job title: Advisor - Equity, Derivatives, Algo**
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide financial advice and investment recommendations to clients based on their specific financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Develop and implement customized investment strategies for clients using algorithmic trading.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and advice.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of market trends and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of client trades.

**Desired Skills**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically in equity, derivatives, and algorithmic trading.
- Strong understanding of stock market, products, and regulations.
- Proven track record in providing financial advice and developing customized investment solutions for clients.
