**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design and Planning**:

- Develop **sketches** and **conceptual designs** for retail and office spaces.
- Create and review **detailed architectural drawings** using **AutoCAD** and other relevant software.
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
- **Technical Expertise**:

- Prepare **BOQs (Bill of Quantities)** with accuracy, considering material, civil, and electrical requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate **civil, structural**, and **electrical designs** into the overall project.
- Specify appropriate **materials and finishes** based on project needs and budget.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee the execution of designs during the **construction phase** and provide on-site technical support.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Monitor project progress and address any design or technical challenges promptly.
- **Industry-Specific Projects**:

- Design and execute projects for **retail stores** and **office environments**, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
- Incorporate innovative solutions to enhance customer experience in retail and office spaces.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, procurement, and construction teams, to deliver projects seamlessly.
- Present designs and project plans to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final plans.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- **Proficiency in AutoCAD** and architectural design tools.
- Strong understanding of **BOQ preparation** and cost estimation.
- Knowledge of **building construction**, materials, and specifications.
- Technical expertise in **civil, electrical**, and **structural design integration.**:

- Excellent **sketching** and **drawing** skills.
- Ability to design and execute for **retail and office environments.**:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or B.Tech**.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in designing and executing retail and office projects.
