We are seeking a and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for anyone entering the premises. In addition to managing the reception area, you will assist with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

**Qualifications and Skills required**:

- Handling guests and visitors
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep an inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule appointments
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist hr and admin team as needed

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
