**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of leading the QA team and ensure quality delivery
- Proactively interact with customer on deliverables owned and escalate risk on time
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in industry-standard software Quality Assurance methodologies, Software Testing, tools and processes
- Understand Customer business requirements to foresee potential issues, provide input on functional requirements and advise on test design
- Estimate requirements based on analysis and prepare high level scenarios and test plans
- Define and execute test cases, evaluate results against predicted outcomes. Update test results and report bug/issue in the system
- Prepare quality assurance reports and metrices
- Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate risks and defects for swift resolution
- Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA
- Mentors and provides technical guidance to other QA Engineers

**Work Experience
***Required Skills (Technical Competency)**
- Overall 10+ Years of experience. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in automation testing
- Experience in using test management tools like TestRail
- Experience in bug/issue tracking tool like JIRA
- Experience with Git or other distributed version control systems
- Experience in working on Windows and Linux Operating Systems
- Experience in working in Agile scrum projects
- Experience in setting up production-like environment in local environment and also be able to deploy artefacts
- Experience in real time high reliability testing
- Experience in Selenium, TestNG framework
- Experience in testing web services such as REST and SOAP and backend/API testing
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC

**Desired Skills**
- Experience in warehouse or logistics domain
- Experience in CI/CD
- Software Quality Assurance Certifications
