Casino Surveillance Supervisor

Job Description:
Kish Hospitality Consultant is seeking an experienced and passionate Surveillance Supervisor to join our client 5* Luxury Casino in Goa.

1. Overseeing the surveillance team to ensure the safety and security of the casino, its patrons, and employees.

2. Implementing and maintaining effective surveillance systems and procedures to monitor all areas of the casino.

3. Training and supervising surveillance personnel to ensure they adhere to all policies and procedures.

4. Conducting regular inspections of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning.

5. Investigating any suspicious activities or incidents within the casino and preparing detailed reports.

6. Liaising with casino management and law enforcement agencies as needed.

7. Developing and implementing security protocols to prevent and respond to security breaches.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Surveillance Supervisor/ Surveillance Officer role in the casino industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in English & Hindi preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
