providing all hair replacement services, hair extensions.

**Job Title**: Hair Patch Technician

**Reporting to**: Lead Hairstylist / Salon Manager

**Location**: Pune-Koregaon Park

**Req. Qualification**: Hair Replacement; specific training in non-surgical hair replacement technologies

**Preferred Industry**: Beauty and Cosmetology

**Experience**: 2+ years in hair patching, hair systems, or related fields

**Salary Budge**t: As per company norms

**Key Competencies**:

- Proficient in applying, maintaining, and removing hair patches and systems
- Skilled in customizing hairpieces to match client hair colour, density, and scalp contour
- Understanding of scalp health and ability to advise clients on scalp care
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively consult with clients
- Ability to work with precision under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and creativity in styling solutions

Job description:

- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable non-surgical hair replacement

solutions.
- Apply, adjust, and maintain various types of hair patches and systems, ensuring a natural look and

comfortable fit.
- Customize hairpieces to client specifications, including cutting, colouring, and styling to seamlessly

integrate with natural hair.
- Educate clients on the care and maintenance of hair patches, including cleaning, applying, and

removing techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and preferences for ongoing service customization.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sterilized and maintained according to health and safety

regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in non-surgical hair replacement technologies and

techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term

relationships.
- Manage inventory of hair replacement supplies and place orders as necessary to ensure availability

of required material
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable non
- surgical hair replacement

solutions.
