**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the brewery, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and pleasant environment for guests and staff. This role involves regular cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing tasks across the brewery, including front-of-house areas, restrooms, and staff areas. The Housekeeper will work closely with other teams to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **General Cleaning**: Clean and maintain public and staff areas, including floors, tables, chairs, windows, walls, restrooms, and kitchen areas.
- **Sanitization**: Regularly sanitize high-touch areas, including door handles, light switches, railings, and countertops to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests.
- **Restroom Maintenance**: Ensure restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels. Ensure restrooms are consistently fresh, tidy, and sanitized.
- **Trash Removal**: Regularly empty trash bins and take out waste to maintain cleanliness in both customer-facing and staff areas.
- **Floor Care**: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas, including the dining room, bar, and restrooms. Ensure the brewery’s floor surfaces are spotless at all times.
- **Cleaning Equipment**: Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in good working condition and properly stored. Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
- **Outdoor Areas**: If applicable, assist in cleaning outdoor patios or beer garden areas, ensuring these spaces are free from trash and debris.
- **Event Setup and Cleanup**: Assist with cleaning before and after brewery events, such as tastings, live music, and other special events. Ensure event spaces are ready for use and properly cleaned afterward.
- **Assist in Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and request restocking when needed to ensure that adequate supplies are available at all times.
- **Support Brewery Team**: Assist the front-of-house team with occasional tasks, such as resetting tables or preparing dining areas before service begins.
- **Health and Safety Standards**: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and brewery standards for cleanliness and sanitation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning roles, preferably in a hospitality, restaurant, or brewery setting.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, and perform cleaning tasks (e.g., bending, sweeping, mopping).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and chemicals.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
