It might seem unconventional in an industry where variety is often seen as the key to success, but we've not only made it possible; we've made it profitable. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're seeking a dynamic individual brimming with ENERGY and enthusiasm to generate leads and engage with clients at सादा / SAADAA, for the tele caller position.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Verification of customer's orders with the purchased product and address with pin code
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and valuable discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
- Meet daily call targets: We'll set achievable daily call targets to ensure we're effectively reaching new customers. Be able to make 150+ calls to customers
- Answer questions: Customers may have questions about our products, sizing, or ordering. You'll be their friendly phone helper
- Chat with customers: You'll make outgoing calls to introduce customers to our brand and the benefits of SAADAA products. This will involve cold calling, reaching out to potential customers who may not be familiar with SAADAA yet.

WHO YOU ARE?
- Tele Caller experience is an added advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills - English & Hindi are a must, any extra language is a bonus
- Result-driven, quick learner
- Comfortable with technology
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel is an added advantage
- Troubleshooting customers' issues and providing timely resolution.
