**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Laboratory Management:

- Oversee daily laboratory operations, including testing, quality control, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage laboratory resources, including equipment, supplies, and personnel.

2. Team Management:

- Supervise and train laboratory technicians and assistants.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality.

3. Quality Control:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and address any quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 or other relevant standards.

4. Safety and Security:

- Ensure laboratory safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Maintain laboratory security, including access control and data protection.

5. Testing and Analysis:

- Oversee testing and analysis procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of results.
- Troubleshoot testing issues and resolve problems.

6. Maintenance and Calibration:

- Schedule and monitor equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.

7. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain laboratory records, including test results, quality control data, and maintenance records.
- Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.

2. 3-4 years of experience in laboratory management or a related field.

3. Proven experience in team management and leadership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
