We're on the lookout for Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. As an Data Entry Clerk you will support the Field Services Department with various clerical duties.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for meeting established production and timeliness goals for all clerical aspects of a claims department.
Losses to be manually input into the system.
Data review between systems and updating claim data between systems.
Responsible for the timely entry of data.

Special Projects/ Assignments are completed accurately and within the given timeframe.

**Skills, Knowledge & Expertise**:
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task in fast-paced work environment.
Excellent customer service skills in order to provide quality customer service by appropriately responding and resolving complex situations and problems.
Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs and request for service assistance.
Excellent oral communications skills must speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, demonstrate group presentation skills, participates in meetings.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
